As it dries down over an hour, the gruffness improves but it's not quite as floral or bright as it was off paper. I'm making note of this distinction because most fragrances don't perform like this on my skin; it's usually fairly similar. I wonder if this speaks to the quality of the ingredients used and how that reacts on paper as opposed to skin. Or I could have no idea what I'm talking about.
